Located in a residence near the town center and the beach, beautiful 50 m² apartment designed for 2 people, on the 1st floor. It includes a beautiful living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet. A large south-facing terrace and a west-facing balcony. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, electric oven, electric coffee maker, toaster... Bedding: a 140 cm bed. Comfort elements: dishwasher, vacuum cleaner... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, TV... Surface: 50 m². SNCF station: 6.3km, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 minutes away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €600 for rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €70. The rental is granted for a stay which begins on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
