For family holidays, town house with a surface area of 90 m² and fitted out for 5 people, close to the beaches and the town center. On the raised ground floor, entrance, living room, closed kitchen, WC. Upstairs: landing, 3 bedrooms, bathroom. Large basement including garage, pantry, laundry (washing machine)... Kitchen layout: vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, hood, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster... Comfort elements: flat screen TV.. Leisure facilities: Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Bedding: 1X140, 3X90 + baby bed. Courtyard with vehicle access on the street side, garden at the back of the house. Area: 90 m². Located 450m from the south beach and the city center, 600m from the Grande Plage and the North Beach. TO BE PAID upon arrival: security deposit of €600 for rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €150. Pet €30 per stay + €100 security deposit. The rental is granted for a stay which begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 p.m. and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
