Large town house of 140 m², close to the town center and the main beach as well as the South beach, will delight holiday lovers in Fouras. This is made up on the ground floor: a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and WC. Upstairs: three bedrooms, bathroom and WC. Enclosed garden. Sleeping equipment: 3 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90. Leisure equipment: flat screen TV, garden furniture, deck chairs, etc. Other equipment: Dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge, etc. Animals not admitted. No smoking inside the rental. NEARBY: Located 50 m from the city center and all shops, 300 m from the main beach and the South beach. Rochefort thermal establishment 15 minutes away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €600 for rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €150. The rental is granted for a stay which begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 p.m. and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
