Excellent villa for rent near Sant Pol-S'Agaró, with all kinds of amenities to enjoy a fantastic holiday on the Costa Brava.

The villa is completely renovated, located in a quiet environment, in a cul-de-sac, just 600 meters from Sant Pol beach.

With community pool and view of the bay of S'agaró (not on the front line).

When we enter the house we find stairs that go up and others that go down, those that go up take us to the dining room-living room-kitchen with exit to the terrace with awning, on this floor we have air conditioning, we go up a staircase and find the suite with air conditioning, double bed, full bathroom with shower, if we go up another section we find a solarium terrace with two deck chairs and a spectacular view. If we go down the stairs from the entrance we find a bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two beds together and exit to the garden.

The villa also has a wide list of services and amenities:
