It is located in an idyllic setting 100 meters from Sant Pol beach, accessible to all services and the main coves and beaches in the surrounding area, either by road or by the Camino de Ronda which runs along the coast from north to south .

The house consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. In the basement is the garage with direct access to the house. On the ground floor there is the dining-living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace, a large fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (1 suite with bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with single bed and bunk bed) and 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the suite . On the first floor is the laundry room and solarium overlooking the private garden and the tree line that separates the house from the beach. The house is complemented by a long list of additional services and amenities:
