    Centrally yet quietly located, only 500 meters to the town center, the nearest department store, and restaurant. Optimal location in the immediate catchment area of numerous bathing lakes and ski resorts. The Villach-Faaker See-Ossiacher See region and the Dobratsch Nature Park offer a variety of exciting activities and excursions for all age groups. The location is an ideal starting point for culinary and cultural discovery tours in the tri-border area of Carinthia, Italy, and Slovenia and invites you to numerous hiking and cycling tours.
    Getting there
    Take the A2 exit towards Hermagor - Nötsch. Follow the municipal road, cross a railway crossing, until you see the Grillcafe "Andritsch" on your left side. Turn right over the bridge then immediately left. Continue straight until you reach a fork in the road to the right up the hill (signposted Schloss Wasserleonburg). Drive up the hill, and right at the end of the forest, turn right for the holiday apartments (follow the signs). Free parking is available in front of or next to the holiday homes.

    Wir haben unseren Winterurlaub in dieser Ferienanlage verbacht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Dame von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es viele verschiedene Skigebiete. Auch für Kleinkinder gibt es eine Skipiste in direkter Nähe. Das Apartment war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
