The spacious and cozy apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot at the foot of our local mountain, the Dobratsch. The apartment, with its 70 m², accommodates 2 to 6 people. From the large terrace, one can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Julian and Carnic Alps.
Central heating is provided by our own biomass heating system. The best drinking water comes from our own spring.
Free parking is available at the holiday accommodation.
Around our holiday homes, there is a children's playground and a campfire site. Wood for the campfire can be collected during walks in the forest or is available at the fire pit.

The Villach-Faaker See-Ossiacher See region and the Dobratsch Nature Park offer a variety of exciting activities and excursions for all age groups. The location is an ideal starting point for culinary and cultural discovery tours in the tri-border area of Carinthia, Italy, and Slovenia and invites you to numerous hiking and cycling tours.
Take the A2 exit towards Hermagor - Nötsch. Follow the municipal road, cross a railway crossing, until you see the Grillcafe "Andritsch" on your left side. Turn right over the bridge then immediately left. Continue straight until you reach a fork in the road to the right up the hill (signposted Schloss Wasserleonburg). Drive up the hill, and right at the end of the forest, turn right for the holiday apartments (follow the signs).

No cancellation fees apply up to 28 days before arrival.
From 28 days to 7 days before arrival, 40% of the total price is charged.
If you cancel within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, we will charge 70% of the total price.
For early departure: 70% of the apartment price.
