Bessans is at an altitude of 1750 m, in the heart of the Alps in the Haute-Maurienne Vanoise massif in Savoie, between Bonneval and Val Cenis, and at the foot of the Iseran and Mont-Cenis passes, accessible in summer.



In a remarkable mountain setting, surrounded by glaciers and high peaks, Bessans and its traditional architecture are an invitation to travel. Famous for its legends around its devil carved in wood, an international biathlon hotspot, Bessans is also one of the most famous Nordic areas in the Alps.



Ideally located in the heart of the village, and at the foot of the cross-country and alpine ski trails or hiking trails, the Grange de Maille will allow you to recharge your batteries. You won't need a car.
