Access is via a private exterior staircase: living room/lounge/kitchen (Hifi system, 1-person bench seat), 1 bedroom (1 160cm bed) with shower room and toilet. Wifi. Private south-facing terrace adjoining the gîte (garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue and plancha). Shared courtyard of 800 m². Parking on the property. Bikes available.
