Oil central heating at the customer's expense.
The gîtes benefit from a large enclosed shared green space with a sandbox, trampoline, parking and a private green space with lawn (1000m²), terrace, barbecue. Owner's farm nearby.
Swimming pool with shelter accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. St Pourçain/Sioule 18 km. Souvigny 10 km. RCEA access 2 km away. If the sheets option is purchased, the beds are made on arrival.

Heating and electricity payable by the customer, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
