Near the swimming pool (12 x 6 m), secured by a roller shutter, you will find a pleasant pool house and garden furniture, perfect for sunny meals. On the way to the house, you will pass the main terrace equipped with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying the balmy summer evenings.
Inside, this 220 m² farmhouse, spread over two levels, offers on the ground floor a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Upstairs, two other bedrooms share a bathroom. Each room is air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort.
