Accommodation:
Between land and sea you will find absolute calm, perfect for nature lovers! The apartment was renovated this year and is fully air-conditioned.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people in fact in the living room you will find a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed. You will also have a bedroom equipped with a 140 x 190 double bed and a large storage cupboard.

Outside you will find a dining table with a parasol to protect you from the sun and the heat.
A “tanning” area is available to you with two deckchairs and two armchairs. You also have a small wooden table to have a nice aperitif at the start of the evening and an electric plancha is at your disposal for your grills. Everything is there to enjoy!

Parking:
The apartment is easy to access, you can park your vehicles easily just a stone's throw from it.

Equipment:
It has a kitchen in which numerous equipment is at your disposal such as a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, citrus press.

The environment :
Very close to the Moulin de Saint Côme, it offers all the Provençal specialties: Olive oil, honey, tapenade, Marseille soap, calisson, fish soup, lavender Delicatessen. Art crafts. Soap factory. Decoration. Provencal and Mediterranean products."

Sheets and towels:
As a paid option and on request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a kit for towels with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off season).

Household :
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.

Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
You will be asked for a credit card imprint at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
