The residence has a very large 8 hectare park in which you can walk and access its surroundings. the swimming pool (unheated, outdoor).
It is composed of in the following way:

- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (which will always be prepared as double beds upon your arrival unless you request that they be prepared as 2 single beds), table with chair, storage , large window with clear view of a garden.
- Bathroom 1: adjoining; bedroom 1 with bathtub and sink.
- Separate toilet accessible from the corridor with its hand basin.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (which will always be prepared as double beds upon your arrival unless you request that they be prepared as 2 single beds), TV, bay window. e giving access to the terrace, sea and mountain views.
- Bathroom 2: adjoining; bedroom 2 with shower the Italian and sink
- Fully equipped independent kitchen with central island (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer space, microwave, oven, hotplates)
- Living room with sofa area, coffee table, TV and another lunch area with a dining table. eat for 6 people. The living room has a breathtaking sea view and overlooks the bay of Antibes and the Vauban port. The living room has access to the terrace. the 50 m2 terrace through the 2 bay windows.
The apartment has reversible air conditioning and WIFI.
Travelers have access to the entirety of housing.
The area is ideal for spending your family vacation. This corner of Antibes offers; these inhabitants enjoy a residential calm and security. while giving them direct access to the city center and beyond. the old town of Antibes.

I live in Cannes and am available by telephone (SMS, Whatsapp, calls) and can travel to me in case of a problem for the smooth running of your stay. I will be in front of the accommodation to hand over the keys to explain everything and answer your questions. your questions.
Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. If check-in is later than 8 p.m., please contact me to arrange an independent check-in.
Bus stop 200 coming from Nice airport is located near the airport. &àgrave; only ten minutes walk from the apartment.

By car, take the A8 motorway and exit at take the Antibes exit then follow the Antibes Center Ville signs.

Linen is included in the reservation. On arrival, a set of sheets will be provided per bed (two double beds, unless you request that the 4 single beds be made instead), a medium-sized shower towel will be provided. ;also given per person to arrival.
A tea towel, a roll of toilet paper and a bath mat per bathroom will also be left behind. your arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning is included. When you leave, however, the dishes must be removed. done and the trash taken out.
The swimming pool is open all year round.
Opening hours are from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Linen is provided at your disposal. upon arrival (a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a tea towel, a roll of toilet paper).
End of stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, products for the machines (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
