Ideally located in the center of the village of St Jean de Sixt, this 150m² duplex apartment is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The living space opens onto a large living room and a beautiful dining room opening onto a terrace with a clear view of the mountains. The open kitchen with its bar area is fully equipped to prepare your friendly meals around Savoyard specialties.
You will discover 2 bedrooms with double bed connected by an adjoining shower room. They are each equipped with a television and a desk area for one. The third bedroom has 3 single beds and a bunk bed with a desk area. You will also find a bathroom with washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet.
Upstairs on the mezzanine, you can enjoy a second living space with a sofa and television to relax. A fourth bedroom is on this floor with a double bed, storage space and a desk. Next to this, you have a shower room with WC.
In winter, you can enjoy the Massif des Aravis ski area (220km of slopes).
The apartment is located in the center of the village of Saint Jean de Sixt and 3km from La Clusaz and Grand Bornand to enjoy the ski areas of the Massif des Aravis (220 km of slopes).
In summer, the mountain is just as beautiful and offers many activities for children and adults: mountain biking, hiking, golf, farm visits and cheese tasting. We can give you all the right addresses to make the most of your stay!
The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats – beds made on arrival!).
End of stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in good condition (beds unmade, trash taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.)
