This 100m2 house is composed of a living room with television, dining room. dining room and fully equipped and furnished open kitchen. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with television and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower.

Outside, enjoy the swimming pool open from the beginning of May to 2019. At the end of September, deckchairs and proximity to of the beautiful Sorgue river for your walks.

The house is located very close to a leisure center including a children's park "Nestor Le Castor" as well as the start of the Sorgue canoe-kayak descents (minimum age 6 years) from the Kayak Vert base.

This proximity causes activity sound during the day (between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) but allows you to benefit from several advantages: free unlimited access for your children to the "Nestor Le Castor" park, FREE descent of the Sorgue by kayak 1 time per week.

The children's park and the kayak base are open from the end of May to 2019. end of September.

The land is fenced; and our dog friends are welcome.
