Landscaped land of 300 m² shared with the owner (swing), private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Fishing in private body of water 500 m away. Options:
End of stay cleaning: €60/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €20/stay (Beds made on arrival if option purchased); Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay;
In addition: Electric heating package: €80/week (to be paid to the owner), Tourist tax.
