Area 70 m². Ground floor: bright day room including kitchen (dishwasher) with dining area, living room (TV). Shower room with toilet. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double sofa bed), toilet. Propane gas central heating, wood stove granules. Garden chalet for bicycles and fishing equipment (exterior sink). The price does not include: Excess water, electricity, etc. and heating pay on site. Deposit for cleaning 150€ à pour into on arrival, returned on departure / Cleaning done by the tenant.
