Welcome to Castiglione! A large, luxurious, modern penthouse with Scandinavian design in the best location of San Pedro, just meters from Puerto Banus and the beach!

To reserve this property, we require that at least 1 guest be 29 years of age or older and agree to all house rules. Castiglione is a well maintained high standard resort and is a quiet family community to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It is not suitable for younger groups or guests looking for a party. It is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring houses. Parties are not allowed, music or noise at inappropriate volumes at any time and the hours of silence to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

But for relaxed guests who want to book this bright and spacious penthouse located in a frontline beach resort with direct beach access and easy walking distance to everything! The promenade promenade is just outside and the nearest supermarket is a few minutes walk away as well as the restaurants you can find around the corner. The center of San Pedro is just a 10-minute walk away and Puerto Banus is a 10-minute drive from the apartment.

The San Pedro beach promenade also offers a large selection of restaurants and there are several play areas for children. The apartment itself is modern and fully decorated to a very high Scandinavian standard. It is distributed over 2 floors and the large roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and jacuzzi.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms distributed in different areas, all with en-suite bathrooms!

On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room decorated with luxury furniture and sofas as well as a TV and a dining area. The large roof terrace offers an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and jacuzzi, dining furniture, sun loungers and a lounge area. In the apartment there is fiber optic internet and a hot and cold central air conditioning system. For people traveling with children or people who want to be near the beach and not have to use a car all the time, this is the ideal place. There is an elevator in the building and 1 private parking space outside the property in the gated community. Guests also have access to the communal swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas provided within the complex. In this property, the maintenance worker Antonio comes in twice a week to water the plants on the terraces. He will enter the property with his own key and proceed to the terrace. This service is obligatory during a stay in our property.

Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi is closed and not used from June 1st to September 1st.

Check-in after 9:00 p.m. will be arranged as an automatic check-in.
