Villa Duinvink has a modern interior and a high level of finishing. The Villa is ideal for families, but also for several couples or as a family. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor. This makes the house extremely user-friendly for everyone.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary built-in appliances. The luxurious living room has a cozy wood stove and through the patio doors you can step into the garden where you can enjoy your own jacuzzi. Underfloor heating in the living room provides a lot of comfort in the house.
This modern and luxurious Villa has everything for a fantastic holiday, all the more so because you have the North Holland beach a few minutes by bike. In the spring you stay in the middle of the bulb fields and trips to Alkmaar or Texel are easy to make. Even in Amsterdam you can travel within an hour.
The house is built to be energy efficient. Solar panels generate energy needs. The house is gas-free and heated via a heat pump. As a result, your holiday is extremely energy-conscious.
This beautiful and freshly furnished villa is located about 2 kilometers from the dune entrance to the beautiful wide beach of Sint Maartenszee. Via a walking and cycling path you walk through the wide row of dunes to the beach. Your beloved pet is very welcome. 2 dogs are allowed in villa Duinvink. The fenced garden allows your dog to move freely. Parking is available directly at the house.
