On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, in a new concept, open to the dining room/living room which includes comfortable sofas, television with satellite channels, DVD and CD player and WiFi. You will also find here 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi.
On the first floor there is another double bedroom en suite.
The calm of the countryside invites you to relax in the outdoor space. Outside, right next to the house, you can enjoy the round swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area for lovely evenings with family or friends.
There is a children's playground, a volleyball court and a table tennis table.
There is also a garage.

The villa was built with high quality materials, very functional and all appliances are of high quality.
There is hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years old staying in the holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties authorized 35€/person
- Electric cars connected to the house's electricity network €100 per week.
- In order to comply with the law, identification is required from all guests before entering the house.
