On the edge of the forest, in a haven of peace that is Les Vallons du Ferret au Canon, this 110 m² villa is ideally located. You will have easy access to cycle paths, whether to go to the Ocean, the Piraillan market, Cap-Ferret or the beaches of the Arcachon Bay. Only 5 minutes by bike from shops (Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy...) and Grand-Piquey (cheese shops, butchers, bakeries, delicatessen...).

On the garden level, the villa has a large living room, open and equipped kitchen, all opening onto a pretty covered terrace where you can enjoy the long summer evenings around a barbecue.

Two bedrooms with 140 cm beds complete this ground floor, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.

The first floor consists of a pleasant mezzanine with a small living room, two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds, a walk-through shower room and separate WC.

Enjoy a pleasant garden of 1,200 m², vast and wooded, on the edge of the forest, which has a gate allowing you direct access to the Ocean, on foot or by bike (less than 1.5 km ).
