Old farmhouse completely renovated with wood stove, exposed beams and half-timbering, facing the Loire and Passeurs de Loire (typical boat trips), with St Benoit sur Loire, Germigny and its Carolingian Oratory, Sully-sur-Loire; at the gates of Sologne and the Loire castles. Shared heated swimming pool open in fine weather from June to September, tennis, barbecue. Comfort assured with heated and cooling floors on both levels. The cottage benefits from free high-speed WIFI. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Bright living room with bay window opening onto the private terrace and the shared enclosed garden, Dining room with fully equipped open kitchen, Accessible bathroom (Italian shower, sink, WC).

FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 electrically operated double bed (2 80x200 beds, separable) and 1 80x200 bed; 1 bedroom with 2 80x200 beds. Shower room/bath (whirlpool bathtub, shower, WC, sink).
