Renovated, independent 18th century country house, located on a 4-hectare property close to the owners' accommodation and 2 other gîtes. Ground floor: kitchen, living room. Floor under sloped ceiling: bedroom 1 (160 bed and 1 single bed), bedroom 2 (1 130 bed), bathroom/wc. Wifi. Private space of 550 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Private area common to the gîtes: lap pool (4x15m) open in July/August, terraces, fruit trees. Walking tour, cycle path, river fishing nearby. Options:
End of stay cleaning: €40/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/bed/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax, electric heating package: €10/day (to be paid on site).
