Thérèse and Patrick themselves love to travel, so what could be more natural than after acquiring this apartment, they wanted to share it with future vacationers.
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a luxury residence (with elevator) overlooking a pleasant square in the center of Périgueux.
The living room with lounge (TV, wifi) and dining room opens onto a balcony equipped with garden furniture. The independent kitchen is equipped with a table top refrigerator, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a hood, a kettle, a filter and pod coffee maker and a washing machine.
You will have 2 bedrooms each with 1 160x200 bed, a desk, a bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks.
