Situated on a traditional village street with spectacular views, this four-bedroom house offers guests everything they could need to enjoy life in a Mallorcan village.

The house offers spectacular views of the bay of Alcudia, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort from the bedrooms and entrance.
Access is via a hallway with a high chiseled roof, the interior of the house has been finished to the highest standard. The owners have only used the best local materials.
The living room, with stone walls, is well furnished and has satellite TV and high speed wifi.
It provides access to the traditional stone kitchen, which is rustic in style but fully equipped.
The four bedrooms are nicely furnished. Three of them offer double beds and impressive en-suite bathrooms. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a bathroom with a shower.
It has an upper terrace with informal seating, a parasol and views of the pool and patio.
On the ground floor there is a garden with a cozy pond surrounded by a solarium with lawn.
The covered part of the terrace has an impressive wooden table, a fresh water well and deck chairs, a large barbecue and a summer kitchen, or a second kitchen with beams and can accommodate up to 12 people.

TO CONSIDER:
- All guests aged over 16 staying in the holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, proof of identity is required from all guests before entering the house.
