Raised ground floor (12 steps): Living room kitchen area with insert fireplace, sofa, TV. 2 bedrooms: 2 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed. Shower room. Independent WC. Electric heating. Enclosed land of 320 m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Linen included. Towels €3/person/change. Sheets €10/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €60. Heating beyond 8 kW/day: €0.15/additional kW. stere of wood: €60. In the Dordogne Valley, this gîte is very close to the village of La Roque-Gageac classified among "The most beautiful villages in France", the Bastide de Domme and the castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...). Many other activities are available to you: visit to Sarlat (medieval city with exceptional heritage), barge and canoe trips on the Dordogne, visit to gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.)...

The gîtes (24G150120 and 24G720120) are independent houses, each located on private, adjoining enclosed land not overlooked and separated by a hedge. A gate between the 2 gîtes makes it easier to rent the whole thing for 2 families or for stays with friends.
