Beautiful holiday home in Sa Rápita. House of 170 m2 on land with a garden of approximately 100 m2. It has 3 double bedrooms (all 3 with a double bed), 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet, living room, equipped and furnished kitchen, Movistar Fiber 300 MB WIFI, satellite television. , Barbecue, hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and inside the 3 bedrooms. . Baby bed on request. There are 3 bicycles available to guests in the house.

Outside there is a large veranda and a beautiful well-kept garden which benefits from privacy. The house is in a purely residential area, without hustle and bustle. There are grocery stores, restaurants, etc. nearby. in the surrounding area. A few minutes away is the Club Nautico and next to it is a beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise water. The eco-tax is not included in the price and costs €2.2 per adult. per night (only from May to October and €1.65 other months).

The main attraction of Sa Ràpita is its proximity to the magnificent natural beach of Es Trenc. This beach stretches from Sa Ràpita along the coast and through the small town of Ses Covetes to the town of Colonia Sant Jordi.

With more than three kilometers of white sand, this region has been compared to the Caribbean for its lush vegetation and crystal clear blue waters. There are a few beach bars and restaurants, but if you walk a little you can find your own place. Here you can enjoy the beauty of the surroundings or simply swim, snorkel and sunbathe. Es Trenc is not accessible by car, so you have to walk a bit to find it. This beach is also popular with nudists.

The beaches stretching west are also very pretty, but offer a different experience. The nearby town of S'Estanyol de Migjorn sits on a peninsula with a spectacular stretch of spectacular coastline, ideal for sailors looking for quiet coves and picturesque rock formations.

You can also take boat trips to the Cabrera nature reserve in the south of Mallorca. This archipelago held French prisoners during the Napoleonic Wars of the 19th century, many of whom did not survive. Today, the islands are a haven for birds and teeming with marine life.
