In November 2011, Patricia and Laurent bought land near their main house. After 2 and 1/2 years of renovation work and Patricia's final touch for the interior decoration, the cottage close to hiking trails and the sea is available
for vacation rentals. Over the months and years, pleasant, varied and always respectful encounters.
Single storey:

- dining room/living room (flat screen TV, DVD player, internet connection),
- 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm),
- 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190cm),
- bathroom with toilet,
- 1 shower room,
- separate toilet. This independent house, completely renovated, with its wooden facade and its terrace opening onto nature (unobstructed view of the countryside) has an enclosed garden of 850m² (bike shelter).
You can enjoy the seaside and its walks along the GR21 which will take you directly to Etretat. Calm, relaxation and idleness will be the key words of your stay.
