Near gîte 1071. Independent house comprising 1 gîte and the owner's secondary residence, with private access and land not overlooked. Located 5 minutes walk from the slopes of Chalmazel ski resort. Ski room. St-Georges-en-Couzan 8 km away.
The price includes: - The presence of an animal
- All charges (heating, electricity, gas and water) from April to November
Be careful in the event of excessive overconsumption, an additional cost may be requested.
The price does not include: - A fixed price of 15€/day electricity during the cold period from October to March
