Come and discover this independent house in a small hamlet at the end of a dead end, on one level with a beautiful living room and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen. You will benefit from a master suite with a 160x200 bed, private shower room and WC and two bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds (one of the bedrooms is accessible by a step), a shower room and a separate WC.
The garage has a ping-pong table and also allows you to store your bicycles or motorcycles.
Outside, a semi-sheltered terrace offers table football, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue for moments of relaxation with family or friends. Enclosed garden.
