1 hour 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 1 hour 30 minutes from Lyon and less than an hour from St Etienne, in the Loire gorges, is the village of Retournac. It is at a place called Giraudon, a hamlet perched on the mountainside, that “Le marker de Léo” is located. This recently renovated family cottage will be the cradle of fabulous holidays, as a couple or with family! Here, nature surrounds you and there is no doubt that it will dazzle you in all seasons!

Departing from the gîte: numerous hikes suitable for all levels, observation and discovery of nature.

A little further: discovery of the Loire Valley, supervised swimming beaches, various water activities, the Corboeuf ravine and its unique landscapes, numerous shops 10 minutes away by car.

A little further: Discovery of the town of Puy en Velay and its many buildings listed as UNESCO world heritage sites, the village of Polignac, the town of Yssingeaux and its famous Thursday morning market, Le plateau du Mezenc. .. The house is located on a plot of approximately 1500 meters², it has two terraces, one facing east, the other west. the main room, equipped with a wood stove, is made up of a kitchen, a living area and a lounge area and WC.

Upstairs, a landing converted into a lounge area: library which serves: a bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and a second equipped with a 90 cm bed, a bathroom and a WC.
All-inclusive rates including: bed linen and bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however the cottage must be tidy, trash cans and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped in the same place, and sanitary facilities must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasoned and reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - if large excess, it will be payable on site to the owners.
