This small independent house is an old dovecote carefully restored in a small, quiet and flowery village. Located in a property including the owners' house and another gîte for 4 people (ref: H43G006227), it opens onto a 15 m² terrace and a large shared enclosed plot of land (5000 m²) with swings where everyone can find their privacy. A real little haven of happiness and comfort.

Nearby: Retournac 7 km (Museum of Dentelles Manufactures, Romanesque church, swimming pool, fishing, banks of the Loire). (hidden): living room-kitchen (TV, Internet access), bathroom, toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed).

Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bathtub.

All-inclusive rates including: bed linen and bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however the cottage must be tidy, trash cans and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped in the same place, and sanitary facilities must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasoned and reasonable consumption (8Kwh/day) - if this is exceeded, it will be payable on site to the owners.

Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted since a variant of the path to Saint Jacques de Compostela passes in front of the house (circuits provided on request).
