Building consisting of a living room with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a full bathroom, a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and microwave, a washing machine -linen, a large terrace, some with front or side sea views and others with slightly side sea views. All with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning (extra charge). AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT:

Elevator, swimming pools for adults and children (30/05-15/09 subject to modification by the community of residents of the property), possibility of renting a parking space (10 €/day direct payment). Next to all kinds of services. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (except clothing in general), water, gas, electricity (except long stays in winter), entry and exit cleaning and use of the (hidden) INCLUDED:

Possibility of renting bed linen at reception €6/set/stay, direct payment. Rental of bathroom linen (€25 set of 5 shower towels, direct payment in cash). Crib rental (€7/day direct payment). Additional bed for rent (7 €/day direct payment). Possibility of renting air conditioning at reception €10/day direct payment.**For stays of 7 nights or more, from October to May, electricity is not included. The customer will be billed upon departure, according to the meter reading. To do this, the reading will be taken both at the beginning and at the end of the stay and the difference between the two readings will be the consumption achieved and, multiplied by the price per kw/h, this will be what the customer will pay.

DEPOSIT:

€150 (Deposit on credit or debit card, cash is not accepted). It is returned to the same card within a maximum of 7 days after handing over the keys) Late check-in will be done via automatic check-in. There are mailboxes at the reception door.
