The holiday home is situated on a gentle hill, away from road traffic, quiet, traffic-free, with a magnificent panoramic view. This holiday home is ideally suited for families, as the bungalow contains everything that is absolutely necessary and we have plenty of space for playing on the large play lawn in the immediate vicinity of the bungalow. Enjoy your meals and the view on the terrace. Horses often graze directly in front of the bungalows. In the late afternoon towards evening, let yourself be showered by a fantastically beautiful sunset from the terrace. This is how you recharge your batteries for the strenuous professional life.

The holiday home is equipped with wooden floors. The bathroom, toilet, and terrace are tiled. The bungalow is prepared ready for occupancy: including bed linen, table and kitchen towels, hand and bath towels. A dishwasher is also available. Cozy sofa! 2 toilets! Free Wi-Fi. Use of washing machine: 1 wash cycle €5 including detergent.

On our large meadow (2500m²), there is a playground for the children. There's also a table tennis table inviting both adults and kids to play.
For golfers, we offer a green fee discount.
If you're into horse riding, the next village has riding horses available.
Tennis can also be played in the nearby town.
The holiday home is located in a small, idyllic village called Grabelsdorf, abundant with flowers. This place is surrounded by hills and mountains and serves as a starting point for both short and long hikes.
In close proximity (about 900m away) are 2 swimming lakes (Klopeiner See and Turnersee) which are also within walking distance. Complimentary bathing cards grant you free entry to the baths of both lakes.
From our houses, you have a beautiful view of the golf course, and if you wish to play golf, you will receive a 20% discount on the daily entry fee.
On our meadows, horses and sheep graze, and at a nearby farm, you can observe other animals and get fresh milk and eggs.
Head from Munich to Salzburg, through the Tauern Tunnel to Villach, continue to Klagenfurt, towards Lake Klopein, in St. Kanzian towards Turnersee, follow the signs: Golf course - Grabelsdorf.
