In summer, after a day exploring the mountains, you will relax while admiring the sunset and the view. Located equidistant from Morzine and Montriond, you will do everything on foot from the chalet since the footbridge which leads to the Super Morzine cable car is only a 15-minute walk away.
Outside, you will find a sauna as well as a Scandinavian bath to relax after your day of skiing or hiking.
A 1-seater and 3-seater exterior carport completes this property.

An entrance serving 3 areas:
Zone 1: the living room with fully equipped open kitchen and its dining area with access to the terrace and garden in which you will find a Scandinavian bath and a sauna. Half level; the TV lounge area with wood stove; 1/2 level above, a hallway leading to a sleeping area consisting of the master bedroom with double bed (160×200) ensuite cupboard with its bathtub, balcony, a twin bedroom with 2 beds (90×190) with cupboard, a separate toilet, a shower room, 1/2 level above, a bedroom/children's playroom with TV and refuge area suitable only for children with two single beds (90×190).
Zone 2: 1/2 level above the entrance, a double bedroom (160×200) en suite with shower room and toilet, a separate toilet.
Zone 3: 1/2 level below the entrance on the garden level, a games room with sofa and TV, a double bedroom (160×200) with en-suite cupboards with shower room and toilet. 1/2 level below, a laundry room, a ski/room with access to the outside.
