Jérôme and Valérie, newlyweds, acquired in 2008 2 large agricultural buildings located in part of a charming and large farmhouse: one will be used to build their house, the other to build 2 adjoining cottages in a row . The lodgings were opened to the public in 2009 for the first and in 2010 for the second and are very regularly updated.
Single storey:
- open kitchen (oven, microwave, small freezer, washing machine),
- dining area for 4 people (flat screen TV), 2-seater sofa
- 1 bedroom (1 deck room with wardrobe, 1 140cm bed for 2 people + relaxation area with 2 armchairs),
- 1 bedroom (2 x single bed: 90 cm),
- bed, baby high chair and baby bath available on request,
- bathroom: shower
- toilet.
Electric heating included (except for long stays / greater than 14 days). 5 km from Etretat, come and recharge your batteries in this gîte with original and romantic decoration based on the theme of Arsène Lupin. Colorful accommodation. Secure private garden for children (garden furniture, barbecue). Gîte adjoining gîte n°1118 with independent access and large parking space in front of your door.
