The vacation-apartment has the goal to offer each guest convenience and comfort in a pleasant atmosphere. It is an ideal destination for guests with high expectations and those who have desire to escape from everyday life. Rest and relaxation in the vicinity of one of the longest and most beautiful sandy beaches of Sardinia.
The apartment type K mono (= one-room apartment) is stylishly decorated and offers space for 2 people. The apartment has a double bed, a fitted kitchen (with 2-burner stove and fridge), satellite TV, air conditioning, a table, 2 chairs / armchairs and a large furnished terrace / balcony.
The large garden is available for general use.
The medieval town of Castelsardo (only 11 km away from us) offers a pretty, historic town center, a castle with an adjacent, large park, a variety of delicious seafood restaurants and a large marina and fishing port.
Within walking distance you will find 3 restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable dealer, a butcher, a baker, a Tabacchi (magazines and tobacco products), 4 bars, a church, an ice cream parlor, 2 children's playgrounds, and of course the local sandy beach, which is nearly 15 km long extending in an easterly direction.
In the west there are also cliffs (ideal for snorkeling and diving). All shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and supermarkets are open all year round. The supermarkets also open its doors on Sunday morning in the "winter season" .
Our location is ideal for cycling, trekking and Nordic walking tours. Sight-seeing and shopping are also not forgotten.

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 30%. The remaining payment is only made when you move in (in cash, by EC or credit card: Visa or Mastercard) - unless you would like to withdraw from the trip.
In this case, the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, from the 29th to the 15th day before the arrival date, keep the 30% deposit of the rental price (i.e. the deposit paid is non-refundable), from the 14th to the 8th day before the Arrival date will be charged a further 20% of the rental price (ie a total of 50%).
In the event of later cancellation or no-show or early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and payment of all services used will be required.
Covid clause: If the booking is canceled for reasons that can be traced back to the Covid pandemic (travel ban by the responsible governments or, in the event of illness, upon presentation of a medical certificate), the payment due will be converted into a voucher that will be issued within the following 12 Months can be used.
