It is extremely comfortably furnished and suitable for two people. This apartment also comes with a WLAN internet connection. Now featuring a BOSE Soundtouch internet radio system.

The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2016. In 2020, the toilet, most sun blinds, and the sofas will be updated. The owners themselves are often there throughout the year.

Above all, Egmond is a truly beautiful village for your relaxation. Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem, and Amsterdam.
Take the A12 from Germany towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the exit for Alkmaar/Heiloo, 3/4 roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue following the signs for Egmond aan Zee.
Then drive past the boulevard by the sea.

for cancellation from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60% of the gross rental price;
for cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90% of the gross rental price;
for cancellation on the arrival date or later: the full gross rental price;
for cancellation during the stay: the full gross rental price incl. all surcharges
