Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency. a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking. b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking. c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The house is full of charm with a view of the beautiful English style garden. It is situated in a very quiet area, placed between the heart of the village with all shops (butcher, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser, doctor, restaurant and tea salon) and the sea with unforgettable cliffs, also within walking distance. Varengeville-sur-Mer has always been visited by famous artists.

Das ältere normannische Haus liegt mit zwei anderen Ferienhäusern in einem traumhaften gepflegten Garten. Diese Pflege täte dem Haus allerdings auch gut . Angeschmutztes Geschirr in den Schränken, kein Tropfen Spülmittel oder sonstige Putzutensilien, ein chaotisches Sammelsurium an Küchenequipment machte uns keine Lust sebst zu kochen. Schade, das Haus könnte nach einer gründlichen Reinigung eine Perle in diesem wunderschönen Dorf sein. Der blumenreiche Ort liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und wir hatten doch eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche.
