Holiday destination
The Finca "Flores" is located in the green northwest, above Icod de los Vinos, surrounded by vineyard terraces with a fantastic view of the 'endless Atlantic' - near Genoves. The Finca house is detached and virtually not visible from the outside. Here you can be completely by yourself.
We are situated at the lower edge of the village, immediately adjacent to vineyard terraces above the "zona verde" in a very quiet location about 600 meters from the main road, on the edge of a top year-round hiking area.
Getting there
Upon booking, you will receive the exact description. We are happy to pick you up near the finca. This way, everything is quicker, smoother, and more relaxed!

Von der Begrüßung an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anfahrt über die engen und steilen Sträßchen ist zu Beginn etwas spannend, aber daran gewöhnt man sich auf der Insel schnell.
Die Finca und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und man ist wirklich ungestört. Die Terrasse ist von der Straße nicht einzusehen und nur der Gärtner oder der Vermieter haben von Zeit zu Zeit mal nach dem Rechten gesehen.
Wer nicht dauerhaft 30° und intensiven Sonnenschein möchte, findet hier eine tolle Lage. Wir haben uns bei 23°-25° jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.
Innerhalb von 30-60 min erreicht man vom Badestrand bis zur anspruchsvollen Bergtour alles. Die Vermieter geben hier auch gerne hilfreiche Tipps. Ein Mietwagen (am besten Kleinwagen wg. der schmalen Straßen) ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Saubere Fewo , gut organisierte Übergabe. Unbedeutende kleine technische Schwierigkeiten, wurden vom Vermieter behoben. Lage ist theoretisch traumhaft - wenn einen die ca. 250 m entfernte viel befahrene Schnellstraße nicht stört. Dank des nahezu permanent neblig trüben Wetters auf der Nordwestseite Teneriffas, war das für uns weniger ein Problem, denn Terrassen- und Gartennutzung waren kaum möglich. Im Haus selbst aber schön ruhig. Bequeme Betten. Anfahrt ist für gute Autofahrer gar kein Problem.; für die ungeübten sind die steilen engeren Sträßchen eher nichts.
Wer große Hitze nicht mag, ist im NW richtig. Bei Bedarf ist man in ca. 50 Min. im meist sonnigen Playa Las Arenas im SW (Wettergrenze) - oder hoch zum Teide-Nationalpark ab über 1300 m scheint die Sonne sogar fast immer und das sehr intensiv.
