The Little Bear is accessible by 3 steps on the front or from the side by a small paved ramp.
Although not fully meeting the standards of handicaped access with use of an autonomous wheelchair, this apartment was designed to facilitate the stay of people who have difficulty climbing stairs: only 1 low step inside the apartment, large walk-in shower.
This very new apartment meets high level equipment standards as most of our other holiday apartments. The Little Bear is very well and naturally protected from the heat or cold so we have chosen not to install airconditioning.
The former main entrance hall is now organized as a kind of patio / winter garden. During the warmer days, there is also a little space available to sit outside.
Riquewihr is a major milestone on the Alsace wine route.
Visitors can walk along numerous vineyard paths, or wine trails, leading to the crest of each slope, where signs explain the diversity of the grape varieties grown.
