The decor style is mostly in a charming Neo-Moorish style - and the furnishings are tasteful, very comprehensive, and contemporary. Almost everything you could need is really available here.
The house has recently been redesigned and improved without a price increase: Internet with Wi-Fi, 2 flat-screen TVs with all German digital channels, 2 air conditioners, 2 bathrooms (1x shower downstairs, a large shower upstairs in the large bathroom instead of the bathtub in the photos), dishwasher and washing machine as well as many comfortable high-quality solid wood furniture make your holiday a pleasure. The kitchen adjacent to the living room (with a large window, fly screen, and electric shutter) is comprehensively equipped with a dining table for 6 people, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ceramic hob, and everything that the demanding self-caterer needs. (Note: Instead of an oven, there is a tabletop grill oven and a microwave. This is sufficient for pizza, etc., but not for real baking.)
The owners are two delightful Andalusians who have a very Northern European approach to service and are very loving and accommodating hosts. The German responses to your booking inquiries come through the assistance of a German friend who also lives on the Costa del Sol.
The 3 bedrooms all offer ample space, decent beds, and a wardrobe each. The beds have the dimensions of 180x200 cm (two mattresses and 2 duvets, so not typically Spanish) in the master bedroom, and in the other two bedrooms, 90x190 cm per sleeping place. The beds are all open at the foot end.
The private 4 x 7.5 m pool is, of course, available only to you, as is the entire enclosed property. It is virtually not visible from the outside. The shaded parking space in front of the property is also reserved only for you. If necessary, 2 cars can also park in front of the house.
The well-maintained house and the generous pool area are surrounded by avocado plantations, which the owners also cultivate themselves; they live 15 minutes away.
The wide view from your property and both terraces includes small sea views and a sensational wide panorama into the southern Spanish mountains. Fruit and olive plantations as far as the eye can see.
Dog: Responsible dog owners are in the right place here. A dog can travel free of charge upon request (although it is not allowed to sleep in the bed, etc.) and cannot 'escape' anywhere on the completely walled huge property, including the terrace area, at least not if it has a normal will to survive. You can see the situation and the pretty walls in the photos. There is only a small surcharge of 20 EUR for the generally somewhat more extensive cleaning.

The location of your holiday home, with only 7 to 10 minutes to the highway and near the beautiful little town of Torrox, makes this house an ideal vacation spot. The really large and lovingly furnished house offers space to vacation with up to 6 people. The fair pricing, with a basic occupancy of two up to an occupancy of 6 people, provides a good solution for every travel group.

The approach from the white village of Torrox (5-10 minutes to the coast) is via a country road that is only about 1.5 km long, of which 400 m is even cemented. It takes only about 10 to 15 minutes to drive to the beach, and the extensive shopping facilities are also very quickly accessible. At first, the last few meters may seem a bit adventurous, but you just need to drive a bit slower. After a few trips, you'll quickly get used to it.
If you feel like it and are good on foot, you can even walk to the tapas bars and restaurants of Torrox-Pueblo and its beautiful plaza.
This holiday area is only about 50 minutes by car from Malaga and thus from your airport. You reach your holiday home via the Torrox/Competa exit of the beautiful coastal highway, which can boast magnificent sea views almost everywhere. The holiday starts right in the rental car!
Later, from there, you can take trips via the easily accessible motorway access to the Alhambra (1.5 hours) or to Ronda (1.5 hours) and to all the other sights you have planned for your Andalusian holiday. From this area, pretty much everything is optimally accessible.
Your airport is Malaga, you will need a rental car.
The drive takes about 50 minutes.
The access from the town (about 1.5 km) is via a dirt road, but it is usually passable with a normal rental car with sufficient ground clearance at any time of the year. The last 400 meters are somewhat bumpy, as the dirt road is made of compacted sand (similar to the non-cemented dirt roads in Germany).
You will receive detailed driving directions in German and also tips and tricks for using the holiday home.
Within your holiday period, you can determine the time of arrival yourself (from 4 PM), and a very late arrival is no problem. You will find the key in a weatherproof outdoor key safe with a numerical code. The way is so straightforward that you will surely find it with the description.

mit Hund putzt, als wenn kein Hund da gewesen wäre. Dafür haben Sie sicherlich Verständnis.
