The apartment Type L plus (3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms) is stylishly furnished and accommodates 5+2 people. The apartment also has a fitted kitchen (with a 4-burner stove and refrigerator), satellite TV, air conditioning, a table, 7 chairs, a sofa bed, and a large furnished terrace/balcony.
The large garden is available for communal use.
Bed linen and towels are included in the service. Baby equipment (crib, high chair, and sun umbrella for the beach) can be provided upon request.

To the west, you'll also find rocky coastlines (ideal for snorkeling and diving). All shops, restaurants, banks, and pharmacies are open year-round. Supermarkets are also open on Sunday mornings during the "winter half-year."

Upon booking, we request a deposit of 30%. The remaining payment is due upon check-in (in cash, by EC card, or credit card: Visa and Mastercard) - unless the trip is cancelled.
In this case, the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 35 days before the arrival date, from the 34th to the 22nd day before the arrival date, the 30% deposit of the rental price is retained (i.e., the deposit made will not be refunded), from the 21st to the 8th day before the arrival date an additional 20% of the rental price will be charged (i.e., a total of 50%).
In case of later cancellation or no-show, or early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and payment for all services used will be required.
