Cancellation policy
Upon booking, we request a deposit of 30%. The remaining payment is due upon check-in (in cash, by EC card, or credit card: Visa and Mastercard) - unless the trip is cancelled.
In this case, the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 35 days before the arrival date, from the 34th to the 22nd day before the arrival date, the 30% deposit of the rental price is retained (i.e., the deposit made will not be refunded), from the 21st to the 8th day before the arrival date an additional 20% of the rental price will be charged (i.e., a total of 50%).
In case of later cancellation or no-show, or early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and payment for all services used will be required.
