Spanning 75m², it's also ideal for two families or a group of friends to enjoy skiing or hiking together (or as a couple to enjoy on their own) on the sunny side of the Pustertal valley. The apartment features a large kitchen-living area with a big dining corner, fold-out table, couch, beautiful kitchenette, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, dishes, dish towels, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a south-facing balcony, 6 beds, and 3 extra beds, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, sink, WC, bidet, and hairdryer. The apartment has a separate entrance and offers BBQ facilities, tables, benches, table tennis, and a trampoline. A free ski bus to Kronplatz with its 31 lifts and 116km of slopes is available. Ski areas within approximately 20km include Gitschberg Jochtal, Plose, Speikboden, and Sellaronda.

By car: Take the Brenner Motorway A22, exit Brixen towards Pustertal. Continue until you reach Vintl. Turn left at the train station onto Pustertaler Sonnenstraße.
After about 6 km: Terenten. Pass the village center until you reach the gas station, then turn left onto Walderlanerstraße - 500 meters to Laschenhof (signposted) - Attention: turn left after Hotel Dolomitenblick.
