The house-in-house gallery apartment (1st and 2nd floors) is located in the right half of a former 200 year old schoolhouse on the Romantic Road and historic Via Claudia Augusta. The visible 200 year old original beams and the great deal of wood create a cosy and very special atmosphere.
The 110 m2 living space is mostly on multiple levels from the 2nd floor, creating a loft type character. A half level deeper there is a double bedroom and WC with sink.

There is something for everyone nearby or a bit further away for leisure activities (such as swimming and sailing in the Ammersee and Starnberger See as well as hiking in the Allgäu region and in the mountains).
Unterliessen is located 10 km from Landsberg on the Romantic Road and the historic Via Claudia Augusta. Many excursions to historic small towns such as Weilheim, Mindelheim and Memmingen, a drive to Neuschwanstein Castle or a visit to the many churches and abbeys are nearby. From the A96 from Munich or Linday, take the Landsberg-West exit and take federal road 17 toward Schongau or Garmisch-Partenkirchen. After about 10 km, turn at the fork for Waal/Underdiessen. After 2 km you'll be in Unterdiessen.
