Holiday destination
A bus stop right on your doorstep regularly gets you to the train station of the city centre of Türkismühle. Thence you can get a direct rail link to Saarbrücken City or Frankfurt am Main.
The house provides a big garden which is situated adjacent to the picturesque “Söterbachtal”.
The “Söterbach”, a stream that rises from the Hochwald area, passes through extensively used and tree-lined flood meadows. Predominantly displaying willows and alder trees, the woods are mostly unexploited.
The most common water birds in the Bachtal area are the grey heron and the mallard duck. The swift-flowing river is also the natural environment of the dipper and the river kingfisher.
Getting there
Coming from Saarbrücken, you drive on motorway A 1 towards “Trier, Koblenz”. At the motorway junction “Otzenhausen”, head towards Kaiserslautern A 62, then take the first exit „Bostalsee“, keep left and head towards “Türkismühle”. After 300 metres, you will arrive at the Holiday lodge on the right side of the street, right after the bus stop.

Das Haus ist wunderbar! Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt. Besonderes Highlight ist der kleine Wintergarten mit Blick in den Garten und das Feld. Hier kann man super Frühstücken.
Die Lage ist ideal um kleine Ausflüge zu unternehmen.
Da das Haus durch eine kleine Straße von der Hauptverkehrsstraße getrennt ist, können die Kinder auch beruhigt spielen. Die Lage ist recht ruhig was einen erholsamen Aufenthalt garantiert.
Jederzeit wieder.
