Seepark-Ferienhaus-Rügen was built in 2012-2013 directly on the protected coastal zone. Located just 100m from the shoreline, this retreat is one of just a few homes here offering unobstructed views and spaciousness in its design. Closest to the water, it’s the very last house within a small settlement of holiday homes.
The house is ecologically heated by a heat pump, electricity is generated by the photovoltaic system and stored in a large battery. In addition, the rainwater of the roof for watering the garden is collected in a cistern.

From 2019 on we offer a special outdoor sauna (BIO and Finnish sauna) directly at the large bathroom. Look forward to a romantic experience with old wood inside, an indirect LED lighting and a large panorama window, which allows a free and unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. Vaschvitz is a tiny hamlet outside the Rügen island community of Trent and is situated directly on the Rassower Strom waterway, the Baltic Sea inlet into the Bodden network of lagoons.
The island of Hiddensee lies just across the water and is readily accessible by ferry from the small port village of Schaprode, just a short bicycle ride away. Also just a few minutes away by car or bicycle, the Wittow ferry whisks visitors away to the miles of gorgeous white sandy beaches on the “Schaabe” sand bar plus makes countless hidden stretches of romantic coastline easily accessible. Although wonderfully private and quiet, our holiday home is perfectly located to take best advantage of the rich diversity of the immediate area. The 4-star Lindner Hotel & Spa is also just a few steps away and offers a host of amenities.
Without straffic jam via Autobahn A20 and 4-lane B96 to Stralsund. The 4.1 km long Rügen bridge connects the mainland to the island of Rügen. From there it’s just a short 30 minute drive to your destination.

Der Mieter kann vor Beginn der Mietzeit durch schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem Vermieter vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zeitpunkt des Zuganges der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Bei Rücktritt hat der Mieter einen pauschalen Ersatz für die beim Vermieter entstandenen Aufwendungen und entgangenen Gewinn in nachfolgender Höhe zu leisten:
Rücktritt bis 6 Wochen vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 30%
Rücktritt bis 4 Wochen vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 60%
Rücktritt bis 2 Wochen vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 90%
danach und bei Nichterscheinen 100% des Reisepreises.
Dem Mieter bleibt der Nachweis eines geringeren Schadens vorbehalten. Der Mieter kann bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag einen Ersatzmieter benennen, der bereit ist, an seine Stelle in das bestehende Vertragsverhältnis einzutreten. Der Vermieter kann dem Eintritt des Dritten widersprechen, wenn dieser wirtschaftlich oder persönlich unzuverlässig erscheint. Tritt ein Dritter in den Mietvertrag ein, so haften er und der bisherige Mieter dem Vermieter als Gesamtschuldner für den Mietpreis und die durch den Eintritt des Dritten entstandenen Mehrkosten. Der Vermieter hat nach Treu und Glauben die nicht in Anspruch genommene Unterkunft anderweitig zu vermieten und muss sich das dadurch ersparte auf die von ihm geltend gemachte Stornogebühr anrechnen lassen. Der Abschluss einer Rücktrittsversicherung wird empfohlen.
