Cancellation policy
The holiday let tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In the event of such a cancellation of the contract, the landlord is entitled to claim the following compensation:
Cancellation up to 45 days prior to start of rental, 10 % of the rental fee
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days prior to start of rental, 30 % of the rental fee
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days prior to start of rental, 60 % of the rental fee
Cancellation 21 days to 12 days prior to start of rental, 80 % of the rental fee
Cancellation 11 days prior to start of rental to the start of rental, 90 % of the rental fee
The holiday let tenant is entitled to provide a replacement tenant who will use the apartment over the agreed rental period. A processing fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for such a change.

Our apartment is centrally located for leisure activities and day trips, but for our younger guests there is also plenty to do in the area.
There are very good bus connections to all parts of town. Supermarkets can be reached on foot, and just around five minutes away you can take a relaxing walk in the neighbouring nature reserve.

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die persönliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieter war ausgesprochen herzlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die komplette Ausstattung, sogar an eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen, WC-Papier, Müllbeuteln und Spülmaschinentabs wurde gedacht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung. Vielen Dank.

wir haben uns sehr wohl in Ihrer tollen gemütlichen Ferienwohnung gefühlt.
Trotz teilweise schlechten Wetter, konnten wir so einiges sehen und erleben .
Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise waren wir mehr als zufrieden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ganz im Gegenteil.
