Description

The vacation appartment Dorfpub is newly renovated, 120 m² big and has room for 10 persons.
We have 2 twin bedrooms and 2 singlerooms, each room has their own bathroom and toilet. 2 twin bedroom have a balcony facing south ,spacious eat-in kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, sat-tv, lcd tv, w-lan, dining area, sitting area and balcony

Special features

The stubaier Supercard They contain at a stay in low season with us.
With it you can use all four lifts, swimming pools in Neustift and the public transport free of charge
on saturday night we have a dj in the dorfpub(which is 2 floors under the appartment) till 03.00 which is very loud in the appartment

Holiday destination

Our vacation appartment is situated in the center of Neustift, Centrally located in the ski area Stubaital. The bus station, bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep.
The supermarket is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. About 20 km away is the largest glacier area of Austria with snow guarantee from October to June.
Even in summer, our location is very central, easily accessible for all hiking destinations.

High and middleseason we only take bookings from sunday till sunday
In the summer and low season, we eventually take 5 or 6 persons as well!!
2 floors down is on saturday dj till 03.00 and it will be loud that night

Fabulous apartment, great value and perfect location!

9 of us had a wonderful stay and it was very good value. the staff are fantastic! each room has an en suite and some have a balcony. There is a large kitchen and dining area which is a great central area to hang out. The apartment is in the middle of Neustift above the Dorf pub. Dorf pub and 'the hut ' are always loads of fun!! The ski bus stop is literally a minute away. Ski pass and hire shops are all within a few minutes walk as well as a few supermarkets and an ATM. All of the restaurants on the doorstep are amazing! I think we tried them all! Stubai glacier is only about 20 minutes up the valley on the ski bus. The slopes are fantastic! The après ski is the best fun Ever!!! It's really easy to get to from Innsbruck airport by bus. Thank you so much Marije!! We loved it Xx :)

Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön, sauber und biete eine Menge Platz für viele Personen. Mit den eigenen Badezimmer im Schlafzimmer hat man auch in großer Runde genügend Privatsphäre

Die räumliche Nähe zum Dorfpub und die damit verbundenen Konsequenzen wurden hier bereits besprochen.
Ansonsten gibt es grds. nichts zu bemängeln - insbesondere das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut fair.
