It offers 40 square meters (m²) of living space and is suited for 2 to 4 persons. Its outfitted in style with high quality amenities (like the floor heating, triple-glazed windows, rolling shutters, new fitted kitchen, satellite TV). A living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The reed thatched pavilion at the water is heatable and thus offers you a cosy place to drink a coffee or read a book not only on sunny days. Enjoy a nice waterside view, have a breakfast in the open or a good barbecue in the evening on the terrace at the house.
There is enough car parking space on the lot.
A moorage (water depth at the landing stage is approx. 0.8 meters), canoes, bicycles and a playground (with a play tower and trampoline) are available. The caringly trimmed garden offers enough space with 2.100 square meters (m²).

In the metropolitan area of Berlin almost all leisure activities are possible.
Due to the vicinity to the cities of Berlin (approx. 30 kilometres / 45 minutes by car to the city centre) and Potsdam, with its various cultural and shopping possibilities, you will have almost limitless sightseeing and shopping opportunities.
In the advent season both cities are enchanted by many Christmas fairs. You can get to Berlin by public transportation via the train stations Erkner or Königs Wusterhausen.
Highly recommended trips to the Spreewald and Märkische Schweiz (Buckow) areas / 50 minutes away, the city of Bad Saarow (offers a thermal spa and a summer toboggan run) / 30 minutes away, Tropical Islands / 30 minutes away, the animal and amusement park "Saurierpark-Germendorf" and the Schlaubetal valley that are just 60 minutes away.
It is just 22km to our property from the airport Berlin - Schönefeld (SXF). The fastest way to get here is by car via the Autobahn A10 exit "Niederlehme" or "Erkner".
You can also reach the home by regional- or commuter trains and by bus (route 428 and 733) from the "Erkner" or "Königs Wusterhausen" railway stations.
