The holiday apartment is located in a row house and is distributed on two storeys.
On the ground floor there is a living and dining room with a fully equipped built-in kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine etc.), sofa, TV, stereo system, fenced garden and terrace.
On the upper floor you can find a double bed and a covered terrace with view to the mountains, bath with shower, a bedroom with double bed and balcony with lake view.
There is a communal pool on the adjoining property, only 60 m away (open from 1 May until 30 September).

In the village Pregasio with a quiet location with view to the lake and the mountains, there are shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
It is an ideal starting point for many sports activities like hikes and biking tours, tennis, water sport, horseback riding, golfing and paragliding.
The next golf course is in Gargnano-Bogliaco, only 25 minutes from the drill ground.
